Everything is so pretty in the Gallery room, Sketch London. The blush pink interior, those pink velvet chairs, the artistic drawings by David Shrigley on the walls- you just landed on the pink heaven! This place is so charming and I totally recommend this restaurant to anyone who adores pretty decor. Perfect for an afternoon tea with your girlfriends or cosy dinner.
A few days ago I went for dinner with my friend. It was a great experience- I was stunned on my first step on this room. It’s one of the kind place when the cool art meets pastel touch. The service was amazing, we are welcomed by the chic receptionist that shows the way to our table.
I was smitten with all pretty details in this place. A set of forks popped up when you open the menu, what a surprise! Also, some quirky sayings were written on the sauce cups, glasses, cups, bowls and other platters.
I heard people say you must check their toilet. I thought..hmmm…probably just another cute vintage bathroom. I was totally wrong! It was completely a different atmosphere, I entered a futuristic spacecraft with a few of eggshell shaped private toilet. For a second, I thought I was lost! It felt like you have walked into the future. Those colourful tiles on the ceilings are my favourite too!
Go downstairs, you could find a hidden bar room at the bottom of the stairs. If you are wondering how many rooms they have- they have 5 rooms with different themes. Have an afternoon tea or drinks in the Glade room; an enchanted fairytale woodland… Also enjoy cocktails in exotic lounge with the medieval setting in the Parlour.
