Strawberry Pannacotta Recipe

Summer is upon us! But I do admit I feel sneaky wearing my sandals and sunglasses on lately as the temperature in London could be as hot as in Summer time. Hmm…sometimes…well, if you know the British weather quite well you know exactly what I mean..haha… I just can’t wait to lay under the sun with a fruity drink or cocktail on the beach. These Strawberry Pannacotta will definitely spice up your holiday!

Fill your glass with these Strawberry Pannacotta- an easy recipe and perfect for dessert to freshen your day or upcoming Summer parties. Silky cream with a taste of vanilla layered with strawberry syrup. The sweet and smooth pannacotta mix with sweet and tangy taste of fresh strawberry creates the perfect blend.

You will need:

– Gelatin (3 sheet)

– Cream

– vanilla extract

– Sugar

– fresh strawberries

First, prepare the gelatin. Soften the gelatin leaf in a bowl of cold water. Heat the cream in the small saucepan. Add sugar and a little bit of vanilla essence. Stir it well and heat it up on the medium heat. Rinse the gelatin out and add into the saucepan. Mix it until it dissolves.

Pour the mixture into the wine glass and fill the 3/4 height each glass. Keep it refrigerated for 6-8 hours until it becomes solid.

Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry syrup. Cut strawberries into chunks.

Boil the strawberry chunks into the saucepan and add water and sugar. Blend the mixture with hand mixer until it becomes liquid. Filter the syrup and keep it cold.

When the pannacotta is ready, take out of from the fridge. Pour the strawberry syrup approx 15mm. Enjoy!
