I can’t resist not to buying fresh strawberries from market. They look extremely delicious and smells pleasantly. The other day, I made this Strawberry Parfait dessert and everyone loved it! This time I’m gonna try to add chocolate and caramel. It’s easy, pretty and perfect for Spring or Summer treat. The recipe doesn’t take long to create, simply just stack these ingredients below.
My fave dessert ingredient apart from strawberry is Oreo! Seriously I don’t eat the biscuit itself but I love to have Oreo cheesecake or milkshake, they are super yummy. If you don’t have much time left to prepare the dessert, this Oreo Cheesecake Parfait recipe is perfect for you. The recipe is super easy to make and it tastes excellent. It only takes 5 minutes of your time.
Summer is upon us! But I do admit I feel sneaky wearing my sandals and sunglasses on lately as the temperature in London could be as hot as in Summer time. Hmm…sometimes…well, if you know the British weather quite well you know exactly what I mean..haha… I just can’t wait to lay under the sun with a fruity drink or cocktail on the beach. These Strawberry Pannacotta will definitely spice up your holiday!
One of my favourite things in the kitchen is trying a new recipe across country. Today I’d like to share the recipe of Asian cuisine, ‘Teriyaki Meatballs’ that turns out to be super yummy!
My kitchen has been refurbished! Yipeee! I can’t wait to spend time for home cook at the weekend. When trying to find a new recipe, I found a nice website with great recipe collections and impressive interfaces, www.yummly.com. The pictures are great- very mouthwatering food images and well presented in nice design. My opinion, this is the best food website that I’ve found so far! So, if you are foodies who seeking for a new recipe or need a quick dishes or even prepare for a family dinner tonight, this website is a nice destination!
Today I would like to share my pick for an appetizer, Balsamic Bruschetta. You need a loaf white baguette, french bread is always better! And tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper.
Slice the bread and toast in the oven until brown and turn over the other side for the same amount of time.
Chop the tomatoes into dices
Chop basil leaves and add into a bowl
Add parmesan cheese
Add salt and black pepper into a mixture
Mix olive oil, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper and balsamic vinegar for unique taste
Then layer the mixture on toasted bread and sprinkle more cheese.
It’s ready to serve but I like it to put back in oven for more crunchy. Bon Appétit!
